We’re looking for a technical co-founder or strong development lead to architect and code a state of the art job board that leverages machine learning to match candidates to jobs based on skill and culture fit requirements. We’re going to give every hiring manager in the country access to tools that help them filter the hundreds of online applications they currently receive into a meaningful pool to screen, interview and hire from. Suitable candidates must be interested in product development and have strong communication skills.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of LAMP, Javascript, Ruby, Qooxdoo/Dojo/jQuery
- Understanding of MySQL Architecture
- Experience with UX Design
- Relevant Experience or Insight into Job Boards (Show us your passion!)

- Business Acumen/Training/Executive Level Experience
- Prior Startup Experience
- Mentor or Investor Connections

Hire Measure is a Cambridge, MA based startup. We’re happy to consider remote candidates for the Development Lead role, and are considering moving to either Silicon Valley or Chicago.

Compensation:
This is currently an equity only position and a vesting period is required. We’re happy to discuss salary ramp up as milestones are achieved.
