Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant:

1. Support Founder by preforming an array of administrative tasks (i.e. emailing, mailing, faxing, printing, conferencing, scheduling, calendar, etc.)
2. Interface and coordinate with all levels of company associates and partners
3. Organize and maintain company contact lists and project documentation
4. Suggest and execute recommendations to improve organizational efficiency
5. Prepare and distributes agenda, takes and transcribe weekly meeting minutes
6. Attend as needed (future) consumer, business media events and trade shows

Social Media PR:

1. Help develop social media strategies to promote immersive campaigns of Playlov
2. Community management of Playlov Facebook, Twitter, Blogs and other social media pages
3. Monitor campaign performance using sites like Tweet Reach, Hashtag, Bit.ly etc.
4. Liaison (face) between company and general public (e.g. word of mouth, experiential and customer advocacy, etc.)
5. Social gaming/media evangelist activities for Playlov (e.g. product videos, community interaction, social networking, etc.)
6. Assists in researching and analyzing social media data to prepare reports for Founder
7. Acquire, gather and manage logistics of all campaign materials as needed
8. Attend as needed (future) consumer, business media events and trade shows

We have over 10,000 retail stores and 18,000,000+ products in our database. We also have partners interested in working with us and utilizing our simple but effective platform.

The site is built in PHP and I am using the Jquery library on the front-end. Once a person finds something they want to save or share while shopping online, they click our browser Bookmark and we scrape the information and pull it into Liv in one very simple, effective method displaying the image and information to the user.

One of the biggest challenges is just getting new product features live to the site. Currently we get 50 – 100 daily visitors, all of which is organic traffic. One user even added 60 items to her Liv page in one day. These are passionate users who have given great feedback and suggestions. I need help executing on building out and improving the site.

I’m a business guy. I need a tech guy. But I’m not just a bum business guy. I have gone back and learned how to code HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
