2NGageU Inc. seeks true ‘tech evangelist’ who knows about the glorious risk of pushing anvision to fruition; having the passion and dedication to bring a great product to market on a shoestring budget and relishing in the accomplishment. The excited, dedicated and passionate CTO Co-Founder will help maintain this adventurous application post-launch and build upon the product road-map – of both our iPhone App and Web tie-in.
The CTO will be a key member of the Company’s management team and will lead all Engineering functions (product development, product maintenance, production delivery, documentation and quality assurance with respect to both performance and function). The right partner will provide strategic vision and inspiration to the Company, including product architecture/design direction. The preferred candidate will have experience in the implementation and delivery of consumer-oriented products, both platforms and applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
Management of IT aspects of company; directing, delivering, and continuously improving the company’s platform services
Tracking, managing and updating project/program plans and budgets.
Communicate engineering status and resolving and implementing changes
Management of engineering product plans/schedule/backlog and resources
Work closely with CCO, to manage and maintain the platform road-map and product management
Managing product requirements definition and documentation
Using your range of skills and experience to create and execute the road-map for our long-term development and infrastructure environment
Provide vision and high-level technical architectural and coding guidance for engineering product development processes and projects
Establish partnerships with key technology companies where appropriate, and manage the integration of new technologies as defined in product plans
Work closely with CCO to create successful and convergent product offerings
Work closely with CCO in understanding competitive products and customer trends and priorities
Mobile:
Debug and troubleshoot post-launch defects and crashes
Run, support and maintenance of Web/Amazon EC2 server operation on as needed
Maintain and develop server side components to process data
Maintain and edit MongoDB data as needed
Code optimization
Data backups
Audit for memory leaks
Maintain code documentation
Web:

EXPERIENCE
Experience and ability to be a hands-on technical director are a must for this role
Experience leading development teams
Experience leading during growth phases of an organization while continuing to deliver products
