StudioTalker is attempting to revolutionise the way live media outlets interact with audiences via creative use of technology. I’m currently working on the first iteration of our product and need a ninja developer to fill in the gaps.

Who am I?
I’m a (soon to be) Physics graduate from NW England with a desire to construct a technology business built on the foundations of a useful product and strong profit. I have no formal CS education but an ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and tend to be able to hold my own in technical discussions.

What
• Construction of a realtime evented web based telephony product

• Integration of many small components to form a bigger picture

How
• Must have a true entrepreneurial and JFDI attitude.

• Experience with Rails, HTML, XML, Javascript, JSON, etc… along with related technologies.

• Experience with FreeSWITCH, Liverpie, Node.js (or similar), Cappuccino, etc… all desirable.

• Fundamental CS type a plus.

• Programming language experience is great but is secondary to aptitude, intelligence, problem solving, and a willingness to learn and master concepts quickly. (We’re looking for talent not languages.)

• Business acumen – ability to understand overall business.

• Ability to collaborate with others of varying technical ability required.

Where
I’m currently based in Liverpool, UK, but don’t like to stay in one place too long. Any location options can be considered.

How much
This is an equity only position as a co-founder and a vesting period is preferred.
