Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and and out-of-the-box thinker. You will be responsible for technical development and creative collaboration with the other founder(s). Agile web development skills are expected (looking for talent not languages).

We combine the raw-data feeds from regional MLS systems (multiple-listing service), parcel data, public records, and other data feeds with our proprietary filtering techniques, proximity analysis, and lifestyle content.
Paul Mobley, MBA (Founder, CEO, & Officer Broker) – Paul is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and has been a licensed broker since 2005. He is a lifelong entrepreneur who formed his first corporation at the age of 20 to acquire a computer consulting firm (with government contracts) that was founded when he was 9 years old. His diverse background includes director level and consulting work in governmental affairs, marketing, business development, and strategic planning for startups and multi-million dollar companies. Paul earned his MBA from Biola University in 2003, graduating with highest honors. Since entering real estate as an outsider Paul has been focused on finding better ways to meet the needs of the consumer and challenging the status quo.
Compensation – As a co-founder you’re expected to invest your time and talents in exchange for an equitable equity position with appropriate vesting periods. Therefore, there is no salary in the beginning but as revenue increases, and additional capital is raised, an executive level salary is anticipated.
